The back-up immersion heater for my Zeroth unit is not working, why might this be?

Back‑Up Immersion Heater Not Working

If your back‑up immersion heater isn’t operating, here are a couple of simple checks you can carry out:

Check the immersion heater switch
- Make sure the back‑up immersion heater switch is turned ON.

Check the fuse
- Has the immersion heater MCB tripped on the consumer unit/fuse box?
- If so, try to reset it. If it trips again DO NOT try to reset it again as this will require an engineer to investigate further.

Contact System Maintenance Provider for further assistance should the above not resolve the issue.
