What the Warning Message Means
This message indicates that the system has detected an internal issue. In many cases, the problem may be temporary and can be resolved with a simple reset.
What to Do First
- Power cycle the Zeroth unit:
- Turn the unit off,
- Wait for 30 seconds,
- Turn it back on.
This often clears minor, short‑term faults.
If the Warning Appears Again
Should the message return after the reset, a more detailed investigation will be needed. At that point, please contact your system maintenance provider for further assistance.
Temporary Solution for Hot Water
While you wait for the maintenance provider to attend and investigate the issue, you can switch the Immersion Heater Override to ON. This will ensure you continue to have hot water until the system is fully operational again.
