The hot water from my Zeroth unit is not hot enough, why could this be?

Hot Water Not Hot Enough

If your hot water temperature seems lower than expected, here are a few common causes and what you can check:

1. Check for a warning message
   • Is the “System Fault Contact Support” message displayed?

2. Verify the temperature set point
   • The set point may be too low.
   • Refer to Advanced User Controls and increase the temperature if needed.
3. Possible TMV2 blending valve issue
   • The TMV2 blending valves, installed to meet Part G safety requirements, may be faulty.
   • If you suspect this, please contact your system maintenance provider for assistance.
