The hot water from my Zeroth unit is too hot, why could this be?

If your hot water feels hotter than expected, the most common cause is that the immersion heater backup switch is turned ON.

What to Do:

• Check the immersion heater backup switch.
• If it is ON, turn it OFF, unless the Zeroth unit is currently displaying a fault message.

Other Reasons:

• Your heat pump is likely to be programmed to raise the hot water temperature to 60°C once a week to prevent Legionella growth. This setting is not adjustable by the end user as it is configured when the system was installed.
