The Capa Connect app now required a minimum Android OS version of Android 9.0 or above (codenamed Android Pie), or for Apple devices, the device needs to run at least iOS 15.0 or above. This is to ensure improved app stability and performance and to avoid various legacy bugs with older mobile Operating Systems.
If your device does not run Android 9.0 or higher, or iOS 15.0 or higher, then you will need to update the OS version on that mobile device, or upgrade to a newer device that supports the newer operating system.
