Note, the CredaNet system was discontined around 2009. There are no longer any spare parts or support for this product except for the instruction manuals presented here. Current products do not work with the CredaNet system.
If you have a CredaNet system which is not working, the only option now would be to replace the heaters for a new product. See our current storage heaters and current panel heaters in the Dimplex range.
If you have a CredaNet system, it will be using a wall mounted central timer controller that looks like this:

Original CredaNet was discontinued in 2004/05 and CredaNet II was discontinued in 2009.
It was designed to control panel heaters and storage heaters with the model number starting CNT.
CNT 'P' = Panel heater
CNT 'CW' = Combi storage heater
CNF 'FW' = Fan assisted storage heater
