Red light on Dimplex Hub after changing internet provider/router. How do I resolve?


Applicable to models: Dimplex Hub, GW100

 

Issue:  Red light on Hub after changing internet router/provider

 

What this means: Hub is not seeing an internet connection

 

Action: Will need to contact internet provider to allow the following protocols and ports through.
