The TRM & CTR towel rails must not be switched on/off by an external timer or FSCC / FSCW towel rail controller. Whilst the towel rail can have an isolation switch, it is not designed to be switched on/off at the mains supply repeatedly every day. The TRM & CTR towel rails have integrated thermostatic and timer controls, so external switching is not required.
