How do I Create a Schedule on the Dimplex Control App?

Before You Start:

Ensure you have the Dimplex Control app installed, an account set up, and your product added to your account.

Setting Your Schedule:

Open the App:

Launch the Dimplex Control app.

Access Your Appliances:

Tap on ‘Appliances’ at the top of the screen.

Choose Your Heater:

Select the heater you want to schedule.

Open the Menu:

Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right-hand corner.

Go to Schedules:

Choose ‘Schedules’ from the menu.

Select Profile Mode:

You will see the options User Timer, Out All Day, Home All Day, and Profiles. Select ‘Profiles’.

Add a New Profile:

Tap the plus (+) icon to create a new profile.

Create Time Periods:

You can create up to 4 time periods. For each desired time period, follow these steps:

Tap the plus (+) icon to add a time period.
Set the temperature, start time and end time for the period
Select save.

Copy Schedule to Other Days (Optional):

If you want this schedule for every day, tap the 'Copy' option at the bottom left, select all days, and press ‘Copy Plan’.

Name and Save Your Profile:

Tap the checkmark (✓) icon in the top right, name your profile (e.g., "Test Profile 1"), and save it. Press 'Done'.

Apply the Profile:

To set this profile to your heater, select ‘Test Profile 1’. When asked for the Timer Mode, choose ‘User Timer’ and press 'Done'.

Switch to User Timer Mode:

Press the back button, now select the ‘User Timer’ mode. You will be asked if you wish to switch to this mode, press ‘Switch’

Confirm Your Schedule:

Press the back button to return to your heater's screen, where you can scroll down to see your upcoming schedules.
Press the back button twice more to return to the app’s home screen.
