Why does the app show less hot water in my Edel cylinder than I would expect to see?

Issue:  Dimplex Control App under reporting amount of hot water available.

 

What this means:  Whilst the app under-reports estimated available hot water, product functionality is not affected.

 

Action: Contact us using by submitting a ticket to arrange a service visit in guarantee.
