What clearances are required for the Edel range?

EDL200 & EDL270

There needs to sufficient clearance around the cylinder, in order to perform annual maintenance of the product, repairs, servicing etc. In Manufacturers Instructions we have specified the following for the EDL200 & 270 product:

Above - 300mm to allow for removal of the cover for any maintenance. Ducting must also be removable for servicing.

Sides - 100mm minimum, and pipework to not restrict access.

In front - generally 300mm in front, but 400mm specifically in front of the immersion element. This is to allow for immersion element removal on the EDL200 and EDL270 if needed.

EDL170

There needs to sufficient clearance around the cylinder, in order to perform annual maintenance of the product, repairs, servicing etc.

The 170 has a bottom entry immersion and the supplied tripod allows access to this.

Around the cylinder - Sufficient clearance for the associated pipework and expansion vessel. The cupboard needs to be at least 600mm deep and 600mm wide to allow for this.

Above & below - 300mm minimum clearance to allow hood to be removed and immersion element to be removed from underneath tripod.
