Applicable to models: Dimplex Hub, Dimplex Control App
Open the Dimplex Control App & log in if you are not already logged in. Tap on the hub from the Hub list screen. Tap on the "+" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Follow the screen steps in the app to add a Zone or Appliance. Note; you need to first add a Dimplex Hub to the Dimplex Control App before you can add appliances to the Hub.
When adding an appliance, you will need to find the Square QR code on the appliance which has the GDID and PIN number also written on it. For Quantum heaters, this will be on the top of the heater, near to the screen. On panel convector heaters, this will be either on the side of the heater, or on the rear of the heater. Panel convector heaters will unclip from the wall and tilt forward, enabling the QR code to be seen.
