Why do portable convector heaters or oil filled radiators come without wall brackets?

The requirements for installing portable products has changed since the introduction of LOT20 Regulations. Which means all installed products must now have full electronic thermostatic control with 7-day timer and energy saving features such as adaptive start or open window detection.
