Domestic customers should check with their local council run recycling centre / “tip” as most of them are able to accept waste electrical and electronic devices for recycling.
Commercial customers must dispose of WEEE waste using a certified WEEE recycling service. Installers of new electrical equipment often have arrangements in place to take away waste WEEE electrical waste for recycling, so do check with the installer.
