Product must be isolated at the mains and allowed to cool down. The outer case can then be cleaned using a clean dry cloth. Abrasive powders and furniture polish must not be used as this may damage the casing of the heater.
An air duster can be used to blow out any dust from the heater fan and element area, by directing air through the inlet and outlet grill. When switched off and cold, a brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner can also be used to clean the inlet and outlet grills of any dust.
If deeper cleaning is deemed necessary, refer to the Service Manual on instruction on how to remove the covers to gain access.
