It depends!
If your Quantum is on a single supply (only one wall switch on the wall for the Quantum), then the heater needs to be told when your electricity is at the cheap rate.
You should enquire with your utility supplier to see if the off-peak times are following the time change between GMT & BST, or if the off-peak times are locked to GMT.
If you have the DST rule enabled on the Quantum heater (MENU -> Settings -> Date/Time -> DST Rule), you will not need to adjust the time/date or charge times on your heater, if your utility supplier also keeps the same off-peak times and moves them with the clock change from GMT to BST.
If your utility supplier locks the off-peak times to GMT, you need to account for the change in the "Charge Times" menu, when the clocks change to BST. To do this, see the Charge Times help article here.
