To select the Bathroom speed setting, you will need to ensure the 2nd and 3rd pins are covered by the jumper.
To select the Kitchen speed setting, you will need to ensure the 1st and 2nd pins are covered by the jumper.
See the image below to show how the jumper should be set dependent on the desired speed setting.
