There are several ventilation fans with multiple different letters and numbers included within the model names. The first letter tends to stand for the model name or what it can be installed into, the number always stands for the spigot size of the fan, anything after that is the what the fan comes with. Please see below an example and the meanings for each.
Example:
C4HTS = Contour, 4 inch , humidistat, timer , square.

LV (Beginning of model name) | Low voltage |
CF (Beginning of model name) | Centrifugal |
DC | Direct current |
AC | Alternating current |

RF | Radio frequency |
H (After number) | Humidistat |
T (After number) | Timer |
P (After number) | Pullcord |
S (After number) | Square |
R (After number) | Round |
B (After number) | Without wall kit |
PIR | Passive infer red sensor |
