Quantum RF has a timer which allows you to set different room temperatures for different times of the day. Make sure you have set the temperature to what you need for each time period to give a consistent economic heat for the room.
Turning the thermostat down by a degree will help lower running costs. Remember to alter this in the timer for each time period and day to maximise economy, as simply turning the dial to change the temperature on the main screen is only temporary until the next timer in the program is active.
An additional way to save on energy costs is to adjust the Quantum RF timer to reduce the time the heater spends heating the room.
