I have installed an AC3W, AC45W, or AC6W, but it is not working at all, What can I do?

Heater not working

Things to check initially:

  1. Check if the fuse protection (MCB/RCBO etc) has tripped on the consumer unit
  2. Check the isolation switch turned on
  3. Check the product mode selection rocker switch in the manual or schedule position
  4. Check that the product has been commissioned and set to work via the ConfigR App, if not it will not operate.

AC3W, AC45W, AC6W
