Heater not working
Things to check initially:
- Check if the fuse protection (MCB/RCBO etc) has tripped on the consumer unit
- Check the isolation switch turned on
- Check the product mode selection rocker switch in the manual or schedule position
- Check that the product has been commissioned and set to work via the ConfigR App, if not it will not operate.

AC3W, AC45W, AC6W
