My ACWRMC remote is not controlling the AC heater, why might this be?

Remote not working

There may be a couple of reasons why the ACWRMC may not be controlling the AC heater

1. The mode selector switch may be in the Standby position – Change the mode selector switch to Schedule or Continuous

2. The remote may not be paired with the unit – Follow the pairing process in the instructions or by following this link – Pairing

3. The battery tabs may not have been removed from the ACWRMC remote – Remove the two battery tabs

4. The batteries may be flat – Replace the two CR 2032 batteries

5. The remote may have developed an issue – If within the guarantee, contact Dimplex via the Support Centre. If out of the guarantee period, a new remote will need to be purchased.
